Following Eddie Hall`s highly successful debut in mixed martial arts, a veteran of the UFC has publicly expressed his desire to face the former World`s Strongest Man.
Eddie Hall, who won the World`s Strongest Man title in 2017, had a remarkable professional MMA debut last month at KSW 105. He quickly defeated Mariusz Pudzianowski in just 30 seconds. Hall is currently in discussions for his next MMA appearance, reportedly with an undisclosed promotion.
After his impressive first foray into MMA at KSW 105, Hall has become a potential target for various fighters. One such fighter recently secured a stunning knockout victory over Tyrone Spong at Karate Combat 54. This former UFC veteran, who has found considerable success since his time in the Octagon, specifically called out Hall for a future bout within the Karate Combat promotion.
Sam Alvey Calls Out Eddie Hall Following Report of Next Fight Contract
During a recent interview on The Ariel Helwani Show, Sam Alvey, a double champion in Karate Combat, issued a direct challenge to Eddie Hall for a potential future showdown.
“I`m going to kick your a–, respectfully, so sign the contract and let`s do it!” Alvey stated.
He added, “Karate Combat loves the idea, I do know they’re very willing to make it happen, and I believe they’re going to try to make it happen. We’re reaching out to him, going to do everything we can. Eddie Hall, quit ducking me! Quit running, son!”
Alvey remains undefeated in his Karate Combat tenure following his knockout win against Spong. He initially captured the inaugural KC heavyweight championship by defeating Ross Levine via unanimous decision at KC 43 and later secured a finish against Antonio Arroyo in their rematch at KC 48.
As of the time of this report, Eddie Hall has not publicly responded to Alvey`s challenges. Hall is reportedly engaged in active negotiations for his return to MMA against an opponent who is yet to be announced.

While Hall`s recent callout of Francis Ngannou seems unlikely to result in a booked fight, a matchup against Sam Alvey could make significant sense for both competitors. With Karate Combat continuing to build momentum, a fight featuring Alvey versus Hall would undoubtedly serve as a major attraction on the promotion`s event calendar.
Mariusz Pudzianowski Responds to `Tap Out` Allegations After Eddie Hall Fight
Following his rapid loss to Hall, Mariusz Pudzianowski faced accusations that he tapped out during the 30-second defeat. He quickly defended himself against these critics after KSW 105 and even hinted at the potential for a future rematch with Hall.
Despite the short duration, reports indicate Pudzianowski received a substantial payday for his bout with Hall. Pudzianowski, also a former strongman competitor, has now suffered three consecutive losses after previously enjoying a five-fight winning streak in KSW.
A collision course between Alvey and Hall appears increasingly possible after KC 54. It wouldn`t be surprising if Hall soon acknowledges Alvey`s callout, demonstrating how fighters released by the UFC can still find notable opportunities and success in other combat sports ventures.
