Week two of the 2025 NWSL season was marked by key matchups where last year`s leaders demonstrated their strength. Some teams reaffirmed their status, while others surprised. Kansas City Current and Orlando Pride appear to be in excellent form, as evidenced by their victories and player representation in the team of the week.

Rafaelle (Orlando Pride): Returning to form, Rafaelle made a strong impact in 45 minutes, ranking second in team clearances.
