Eddie Hall, known as `The Beast` and formerly the World`s Strongest Man, is a force to be reckoned with. This legendary strongman, famous for feats like his near-fatal deadlift record, continues to push boundaries even after stepping away from competitive strongman events in 2017. He`s explored various challenges, including arm-wrestling and even facing multiple opponents in a cage.
This weekend, Hall steps into his first professional MMA bout at KSW 105, taking on five-time World`s Strongest Man winner and seasoned MMA fighter Mariusz Pudzianowski. While Pudzianowski brings significant fight experience, Hall holds a distinct advantage in raw power.

Eddie Hall Claims His Punch is Harder Than Pereira and Ngannou
The UFC Performance Institute has hosted many powerful strikers testing their force on the PowerKube machine. Previously, former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou was considered the hardest hitter, until light heavyweight champ Alex Pereira surpassed his mark.
However, last year, Eddie Hall recorded a staggering 208,901 units on the machine, setting a new world record.
Speaking at a media event before facing Pudzianowski, Hall stated, “I set the world record punch. As of now, I don’t wanna make the claim officially, but I have got the hardest punch on the planet. That’s been recorded via a punch measuring machine at the UFC Institute.”
Hall Predicts Mariusz Pudzianowski Won`t Withstand His Power
At the weigh-ins, Hall tipped the scales at a massive 334 lbs, making him Pudzianowski`s heaviest opponent ever. Pudzianowski weighed in at 267 lbs, giving Hall a 67-pound advantage. Bouts at this super-heavyweight class often end decisively by knockout, and the Hall-Pudzianowski fight is highly likely to follow suit, potentially decided by who lands a significant strike first.
Despite his opponent`s greater MMA experience, Eddie Hall is confident his power will be the deciding factor.
“I mean, look, I can land one of those on somebody’s face,” Hall commented. “I don’t care if it’s Mariusz or King Kong… you’re getting knocked out.”
