Der Deutsche Fußball-Bund (DFB) hat nachträglich eingeräumt, dass dem 1. FC Köln im Bundesligaspiel gegen Borussia Dortmund am vergangenen Samstag ein Handelfmeter hätte zugesprochen werden müssen. Die Schiedsrichter hatten in der Schlussphase der Partie ein “strafbares Handspiel” nicht geahndet, was nun vom DFB offiziell bestätigt wurde. Diese Fehlentscheidung zugunsten von Borussia Dortmund wird somit vom Verband anerkannt.
DFB Admits Error: Köln Should Have Been Awarded Penalty Against Dortmund
The German Football Association (DFB) has subsequently admitted that 1. FC Köln should have been awarded a penalty kick for handball in their Bundesliga match against Borussia Dortmund last Saturday. The referees had failed to penalize a “punishable handball” in the final phase of the game, which has now been officially confirmed by the DFB. This erroneous decision in favor of Borussia Dortmund is thus acknowledged by the association.
