Aaron Chalmers demonstrated he is a serious fighter, not just a reality TV personality, at BKFC 72.

Chalmers, known from Geordie Shore, made his bare-knuckle boxing debut in Dubai on Saturday, continuing his combat sports journey.

Despite his reality TV background, Chalmers has experience in fighting, having competed in MMA and boxing with Bellator and Misfits. He even faced Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition match in February 2023.

In his BKFC debut, Chalmers delivered a knockout to Chas Symonds, sending him to the hospital and earning praise from Conor McGregor.

Aaron Chalmers Dominates Opponent in BKFC Debut

Chalmers showcased his power by knocking Symonds down twice in their three-round fight, inflicting a cut in the process.

The Geordie Shore star opened a significant cut above Symonds` eye and secured the victory in the third round with a decisive 1-2 combination that resulted in a knockdown.

Although Symonds attempted to get back on his feet, the referee stopped the fight.

Aaron Chalmers` impactful BKFC debut, which resulted in his opponent being hospitalized, quickly caught the attention of Conor McGregor.

Conor McGregor Praises Aaron Chalmers` Victory

The UFC star and BKFC part-owner lauded Chalmers` knockout performance, acknowledging his reality TV origins.

“Geordie Shore baby, stand up!” McGregor posted about Chalmers on his Instagram story.

“One thing is certain, Aaron is more than just a reality TV star… He is a fighter!” McGregor stated.

Aaron Chalmers is a new addition to the BKFC roster, joining former UFC fighters like Mike Perry, Eddie Alvarez, Ben Rothwell, Jessica Eye, and others.

“Very interesting times ahead!” McGregor commented on BKFC.
